Why in the development phase?
Internal evaluation IS an important factor while developing a project – but is often forgotten. Let’s first discuss the classic Plan-Do-Check-Act circle, known across different sectors, as an essential tool for improving the products and services.
If we transfer this methodology to the project development, we would probably call it Develop – Implement – Feedback – Update. If you want to use this model, we should think about them in intellectual output development. Whatever we will generate as a result and then implement, we need to check our impact an update our methodology or product according to the feedback.
If we do that, evaluators will recognize it as an important quality Factor in all of the projects. This may improve evolution points and produce a better final report.
I’m explaining three different examples where this type of internal evaluation is used – in the following video. Use it in your next project development.
