WEBINAR#008 – Erasmus+ indicators and impact-driven implementation strategies

Do and redo your implementation strategy – even before you start writing the project!

I heard this a lot of times: When we will get the project, we will think about how we will implement it.

And I can tell you, this is the worst possible scenario. The truth is – when you come to the point in the application when you already persuade the evaluator that the project is a good idea, you need to have the plan for the implementation.

If not, you will score low. Project saving technique is to present an exact plan for the implementation – I call it an implementation framework, which will persuade the evaluator and give you all the tools to make it real. Without it, you have very vague pillars to define your indicators.

But I have a tool for you – how to define the implementation framework and define your indicators on real data.

Why do you need this webinar?

Implementation framework is my technique to describe how I will implement the project. Based on that I define real indicators which are easy to follow during the lifespan of the project.

In this webinar I will show you:

  • How to structure implementation framework?
  • What is the basis for real indicators?
  • How to calculate indicators based on real data that your project will look real, but still attractive?
Define your indicators before you start your application writing!
Without understanding your project implementation grid, you will always have difficulties to prepare your indicators.
